UK orders are sent via express tracked Royal Mail services.
Please allow approximately 1-2 working days for delivery.
UK shipping is free on orders over £750.
We ship worldwide. International orders are sent via DHL Express.
The delivery aim within Europe is 2-3 working days and worldwide is 3-7 working days.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your shipping address. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but this cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.
Signature confirmation is required for all orders. If a signature requirement is waived at the customer’s request, the customer assumes responsibility for any loss, theft, or delivery issues.
If an item is returned to Mirei due to a failed delivery or refusal, the customer is responsible for the original shipping charges as well as any import fees incurred on the package.
